Intel® IREP Platform

The Intel Retail Edge Program platform helps drive PC sales and retail employee engagement by training retail associates on Intel products, technologies, promotions, and sales tools.

I was brought in to assess how the user experience could be improved and to redesign the full website. The project involved a large amount of content, many page types, and a complex set of user needs across learning, promotions, rewards, product education, and account-related tools.

I worked from early UX structure and interactive wireframes through full UI design, responsive layouts, visual polish, design system development, final asset preparation, and developer handoff. Because the site needed to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile, I designed three breakpoints for each page and paid close attention to how navigation, content hierarchy, forms, cards, modules, and interactive elements adapted across screen sizes.

I also created a reusable interface system and developer-ready documentation for the platform, including design specs and code-related callouts. Throughout the project, I worked closely with project managers and developers, reviewing staged builds and refining details so the final site stayed close to the intended design while remaining practical to build.
